The Enfamil A+ Shop is intended for use by individual consumers who wish to have Enfamil® or other Mead Johnson Nutrition (Canada) Co./Reckitt (“MJN”) products delivered directly to their home within Canada.
The Enfamil A+ Shop reserves the right to audit ordering patterns at any time and limit the quantity per order. The site is intended for consumer purchases only. If the volume and frequency of the individual’s orders indicate that of a reseller or a wholesaler, we may remove you from our ordering system and/or direct you to our Retail or Wholesale areas to be set up as a Business Customer.
All products ordered through the Enfamil A+ Shop will be shipped with a shelf-life guarantee of 90 days only and according to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions apply to all orders whether received by mail, phone, or internet. By submitting an order, the customer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted these terms and conditions, notwithstanding any additional or different terms, conditions or instructions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be charged as applicable based on the province to which the product will be shipped. Additional surcharges may be applied for expedited delivery.
The Enfamil A+ Shop may offer promotional discounts at various times. Any promotional offers are only valid as expressly communicated in the promotional offer details*. Offers cannot be combined with any other Enfamil A+ Shop discount codes. You are not permitted to open multiple accounts per household to benefit from offers, as they are limited to one order per household, per discount.
Excluded Products from All Promotions and Offers:
Customers who have enrolled into the Enfamil A+ Premium Program are eligible for discounted member pricing on Enfamil.ca on qualifying products. The discount will not apply to previous purchases made on Enfamil.ca and cannot be combined with any other offer. Discount will only apply to transactions from the date on enrollment onwards or when the discount was made available. Premium members must be logged in to their Enfamil.ca account to access member pricing.
MJN accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa for internet or phone orders. We also accept payment through PayPal. Shop Pay, and ApplePay. Charges, including any applicable taxes and shipping, will be applied to the credit card at the time the order is placed.
If we suspect any fraudulent payment or order activity, we reserve the right to take any and all corrective action.
Enfamil A+ Shop orders are shipped using Purolator Ground Service. All orders over $175** qualify for free Standard shipping. Packages should be delivered within 21 business days.
Customer are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of their order at checkout, including, but not limited to:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by Purolator. If your order has been stolen, customers are required to submit police report. Once complete, please contact our customer service at 1-888-308-4239. Our hours are: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. We take theft of your package seriously so please be prepared to share your police report number, order number, order details, and full address when calling our customer service team.
Orders can be shipped to locations within Canada only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or business addresses.
**Offer valid after discounts have been applied.
We cannot make changes to an existing order.
We do not accept returns or cancellations on orders.
Contact the Enfamil Resource Center at 1-888-308-4239 within 48 hours of receipt to report damaged shipments.
Enfamil A+ Shop orders are processed immediately. Changes cannot be made once the order is submitted and an order confirmation number is received.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday except for the following company holidays:
Reckitt reserves the right to cancel a membership and it's associated privileges at anytime for suspected misuse. There is a limit to one premium membership per baby.
