Next, make up a story about your child, the hero who rescues a stuffy. Describe everything you see on your adventure, mountains, trees, streams, animals. Make gestures and sounds to pique curiosity and excitement. Oh, you're getting very close to finding the stuffy. Finally, you rescue the toy and bring him safely home. When your mission is accomplished, reward your toddler with lots of hugs and kisses. This activity is a great way to boost motor skills and imagination.
