Store Bought Baby Food

• Check the date on the container and use by the 'best before/expiry date'
• Make sure the safety seal has not been broken. Listen for a popping sound when you open the jar.
• Keep opened jars covered in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days.
• Do not feed your baby directly from the jar unless the whole amount will be eaten.
• Any uneaten food remaining, should be discarded.
