hi and welcome back to amazing milestones well as promised I have a little co-host to introduce to you her name is Eva and she's three months old and she's just starting to babble and well let me tell you I had a quick but intense delivery Eva is healthy she's incredibly demanding but incredibly amazing so on that note let's start today's episode of amazing milestones it is a really special episode because we're gonna go visit and meet some of the people I'd meet down to nutrition a behind the scenes look at what goes on who they are and what they do so follow me as this wonderful team welcomes us into their offices so here we are at Lee Johnson nutrition to meet up with some of the good people who bring us nutritional infant formulas such as Enfamil a plus and the pro a plus + a + Gentiles and I'm here a little early so I'm just waiting for someone to come and get me and bring me to the customer Resource Center to meet up with some of the employees there hi I'm Mauricio I'm Terra so you're here to visit our CRC department yes I'd not come with me great bet on Iguodala right so for viewers who are not familiar with the customer resource center can you tell us what it's all about what services it provides well first off we'd like to congratulate you hello Eva oh thank you should you move everything's going well pretty good pretty good I'm not sleeping so well these days but it's getting better well here at our zrc we provide support and information to parents that call in with any feeding concerns they may have with their babies hi Julie how can I help you today we give them information on infant nutrition any feeding and tolerances they may have as well as we give them indication of use for all of our different products with this information they can go to their doctors and choose the formula that's most appropriate for their babies and veronik I was told that you've just come back to work how's it going it's going well I'm getting back in the role of things and how old is your baby he's 13 months now well congratulations to you so I'm writing to think of it the same as when the moms call in to talk yeah I have had a lot of questions about nutrition since eva was born but what are the most frequently asked questions parents will call in to ask what formula would be best for them to start off on how much they should be drinking in any given day a breast milk or formula if liquid to concentrate to powder which one's the best how do they store their formulas or their breast milk how much should they be drinking that comes up a lot this is really personal for each baby is different so it might be a different amount and what's the favorite part of the job Regas well truly we're passionate about helping parents care for their babies that's a really feel-good kind of job around here we take great pride in what we do here at our customer resource centers it really makes us feel as though we're helping parents take care of their babies and what could be better than that it's 365 days a year that is unbelievable we're always here thank you so much for welcoming me into your offices and answering my questions and letting our viewers get to know you great it's been a pleasure having you Thank You Tara thank you and that concludes today's episode join us next time for our crawling episode where we discuss everything that you need to know about that gross motor milestones see you then
