Sleep Patterns

Your toddler may be sleeping around 12.5 – 13 hours a day. Many 2-year-olds still nap in the afternoon, and sleep 10 or 11 hours at night. Your toddler may resist going to sleep and get out of bed after you tuck him in. You can try to ease the problem by anticipating and managing your child’s before-bed requests.
