Q: How does Enfapro® compare to Enfamil®?
A: Enfapro® infant formula is specially designed for babies 6-18 months of age. Enfapro® is a transitional formula with more calcium than Enfamil® and a protein blend that helps support your older baby's transition from breast milk or starter formula to cow's milk.
Q: How does Enfapro® compare to cow’s milk?
A: While milk contains calcium it contains high levels of protein and certain minerals at levels that may not be appropriate for your baby's age. Milk contains a very limited amount of iron, which is critical for normal growth and development. So, until your baby is getting complete nutrition from a variety of foods to meet their critical growing needs, milk simply won’t fill all the gaps.
Enfapro® is balanced nutrition, containing key nutrients, including iron, vitamin C and E and has about the same amount of calcium and vitamin D as cow’s milk. Enfapro® is specially formulated for your older baby’s growing needs.
Q: How does Enfapro A+® compare to Enfapro®?
A: Enfapro® and Enfapro A+® are both calcium enriched infant formulas specially designed for babies 6-18 months of age. Unlike Enfapro®, Enfapro A+® contains DHA and ARA (sources of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats) that support normal brain and eye development.
