Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Enfamil A+® and Enfamil with Iron®?

Enfamil A+ and Enfamil with Iron are both cow’s milk based, iron-fortified infant formulas for feeding babies from birth to 12 months of age.

The main differences are:

        • Enfamil A+ contains DHA and ARA (sources of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats), nutrients naturally found in breast milk. The DHA and ARA in Enfamil A+ support normal brain and eye development.
        • The NEW ingredients* in Enfamil A+ are designed to help promote the growth of good bacteria in your baby's digestive tract, helping to support healthy digestion, making Enfamil A+ closer to breast milk than before.
*Includes the carbohydrates galactooligosccharides and polydextrose
