What Does It do?

Choline supports your baby’s normal brain development.

How Much Do They Need?

Infants 0-6 months 125 mg per day
Infants 7-12 months 150 mg per day

Where Can They Get It?

  • Breast milk, Enfamil A+® or Enfapro® A+®

Foods rich in choline for older babies:

  • Milk
  • Liver
  • Eggs

Note: Consult your baby's doctor before introducing solid foods to your infant.

Enfamil A+ has 16.2 mg of choline per 100 mL at normal dilution.
Enfapro A+ has 16.2 mg of choline per 100 mL at normal dilution.
